Challenging and supportive from my superiors and colleagues. Company gives more opportunities for eligible employees. Trying hard to reach customers expectations in buying.

Very hard and challening to make work balance between local and expat staffs.

My journey till date was conderfull with 3 transfers and 1 promotion. Handling store in gulf contries like bahrain is challenging. I have gone through alot of obstacles but faced it and crossed it successfully. My team and my superiors are very supportive

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
