Tvisha has decent corporate culture and a healthy competitive work environment. Manager and team leads provides opportunities to learn, grow and express new ideas. Besides salaries are on time also good hikes and appraisals will be provided based on performance.

Dislikes

As of now, I have not come across any cons so nothing to dislike.

I have been working Tvisha Technologies for three years as a software developer where I always get my salary on time. There are also no hidden deductions or surprises in CTC. We even got high appraisals and regular bonuses for performing better from higher authorities.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about working in Tvisha Technologies because I feel it has a great corporate culture. It is the best company to explore myself.

As a fresher, It is okay for employee to work.

Dislikes

Over timings, Office politics, Salary appraisal, Toxic work culture. They hire and fire employees with no reason. In this company, employer thinks like employee and employee thinks like employer in case of money. They charge employee for cake cutting, for kite (which costs 10/-).
