Too much micromanagement. They have weird guidelines. Their quality specialist do not follow these guidelines but they expect the tutors to follow them. They just insult the tutors hired by giving senseless reviews.

Don't like the salary growth system they increase fees after 1or 2 years and timing sometimes get 2or more days for salary
