No systems or processes. Everything is haphazard. They Hire only freshers and expect them to perform from day 1. No training. Clients are told the people working on this project have 8 to 12 yrs experience but actually freshers are working on them. Too much work dumped on writers. Salaries don't get paid before 10th. If you take more than 1 week leave it is considered leave without pay even if u have leave balance. Leaves credited only every month so you can't plan a vacation till you have accumulated enough balance. Salaries are poorest. Anyone is asked to leave anytime. Rules and policies change everyday. Take a job with this company only if u r in a financial condition that u don't have enuf for basic necessities of life....Read More

They give their employees a freedom to explore and implement new things and process. They have training sessions for new platforms and tools.They give freedom for worklife balance i.e., WFH facility. Very good work culture and have supporting and positive senior authority who always encourage to do what you love and want to learn. They give WFH to their employees which eliminate chance of chit chat breaks in canteen with employees and spend some quality time with but they do arrange functions where they can have team interaction.
