Here, we don't have job security, without informing people they are forcing us to give leave letter and take long leave and from march till date we didn't get single message from our company regarding job. And here i don't have PFalso.

I was in back-end process, for me i was a fresher when i joined there and i learnt few things from that experience is hard to find a good job.

Everything was terrible, especially the Co-founder, no learning was there, no appreciations given to the work done. it was a terrible place to work. Manager does not value any feedback given to them
