The only good part is that they provide work from home opportunity.

Each and everything. 1. Leave Policy: They don't even provide sick leaves. When asked, manager gives lame excuses like there isn't enough staffing, etc. 2. Favoritism: Favorites of manager only gets to grow. You will not be promoted even if you perform well, only favorites will get the opportunity even though they don't deserve it. 3. Unreasonable target: They provide targets that are unreasonable. Don't even dare to logout before achieving target, else you will be called and asked to complete target by logging in again. 4. Salary and benefits: Very poor salary structure. Even the incentive structure is also poor. 5. Irresponsible and uncooperative leads and higher authority: Manager and leads don't pickup calls. Leave policy could be improved. Specially with paid leaves and sick leaves. When you apply for sick leave, your manager always feel, you are lying to him and enquire about your health not out of concern rather to investigate whether you are lying or saying truth. This strategy may work with employees who are taking leave continuously unnecessary but if you do the same thing with someone who taking it genuinely, it hurts. Also there is no easy process of applying leave, you always need to approach manager on phone if you want to avail one to 2 days leave. For planned leaves, you need to apply 14 days before which is too high. In my opinion 7 days are enough. Leadership development is necessary. For every problem, they pressure employees. Have seen leads who have good communication skills but poor product knowledge and they coach the agents for product knowledge. If company wants to grow they need to focus on this area. If they do not want to focus on that area then growth may happen by pressuring employees but not exponentially which can be done by improving leadership....Read More
