On time salary, quick promotion,their is work life balance.
In area of salary hike increment the policy should be more flexible. As increment is a area of opportunities. And yearly increment policy needs to be changed as an employee joining in the month of January will have to wait for 1.5 yrs for his first increment which is very unfair so basically their should be 2 increment cycle or else the increment cycle should be as per joining date.

There is nothing good about this organisation not even colleagues.
When you join this company you will fell like yes this the one I was looking for. But when your training starts and you started giving time then you realise why did you join. They are own there attitude and not helping in nature, politics and they will treat you like you don’t deserve this job.

DURING THE TRAINING, THEY SHOWCASE THEMSELVES TO BE THE BEST ORGANIZATION. BUT, ON THE INSIDE IT'S JUST THE OPPOSITE. THEY HAVE THIS (HARD TOKEN) CALLED PING ID. WHICH THEY WILL MAKE THEM INSTALL IN THE PHONES OF THE JOINEES ON THE VERY FIRST DAY BY DAYING THAT IT IS USED TO LOGIN WHEN/IF YOU LOOSE THE REAL DEVICE. HOWEVER, UPON INSTALLING THAT THEY ACTUALLY HAVE ACCESS TO THE GALLARY OF THE PHONE, CALLS CAN BE BARGED. HENCE, THEY TEND TO USE IT IN SOME MEANS. THEIR IS THIS MR. TRAINING SUPERVISOR (MR. This company is a monster. They (Mr. Bharat and his HRs) are not upfront about their intentions of "hiring you at the least possible salary". They waste your time conduction interviews and tests, and in the end just before the offer letter is to be issued, they trap you in a situation of "take it or leave it" by changing all the terms and conditions in order to drastically reduce the salary. I was well aware of the company politics that go on within this company, the opposite gender partiality of the male managers in terms of promotions and incentives but I couldn't imagine it was this degraded. I already experienced this all even before joining the company, I can only wonder how filthy it could have been after joining the company. I had a disappointing experience working at TTEC. The company seems to be plagued by nepotism, particularly within the Gujarati community, which creates an unfair work environment. There is little opportunity for learning or growth, and the salary offered is quite low compared to industry standards. Additionally, I was shocked to learn that they provided an experience letter to an employee who was involved in inappropriate behavior towards female colleagues. This shows a serious lack of accountability. On the other hand, employees who faced issues related to coupon abuse or caste discrimination were not given the same consideration. It feels like casteism is at its peak here. Another major issue is the management style. If you disagree with your manager, Mr. Pratik, they will find a way to push you out, regardless of your past performance. I liked working in TTEC, it was one of the best work environment I have ever worked. Unfortunately I have to resign due to family issues otherwise I would have spent a good amount of time working there. There were some issues but there were minor as compared to positives.
