Good working environment and free and transparent policies , upgradation of employee skills.

Teammates are good and energetic, training is also good they focus mainly on understand the concept , any job security in private sector is less and it depends on our performance ,career growth is nil for first 3 years , salary is not at all acceptable compared to cost of living here, travel is ok , no politics free and transparent policies , good work environment.

Ttec is good company for work and ttec are celebrated every function and organization even most popular events is Ttec chartiy wallk this events are celebrated every year. Ttec culture is nice and rules regulations.

The working environments is very good in MOTIF and all staff and emoloyees are very much helpful.

The worst part that I didn’t like about this company is they should give opportunities to their old employees if they fall down rather than just following the regular practices of the company. If a teammates performance is not meeting the targets they should give personal importance to help them cope up. They should support the candidate and answer the clients accordingly which should show that they actually support rather than following regular company policies of throwing out their old staff and recruiting new staff. As doing this will impact their business only. The new candidate will enjoy 1st month of their trainning then they will atleast take another month to be hands on with the process and they client give a chance of another month to meet the targets. And if they don’t they are also thrown or shifted from one process to another. So I my suggestion would be the clients and the company rather than opening campaigns and hiring new candidates for the same position they should spend their time and help the team mate who already knows the process....Read More
