Only for Fresher's, TTEC India is a Good Opportunity not for Experienced. Transport and cafeteria facilities are good. Don't stay for longer years if you are expecting Good salary growth.

Salary increment are very poor/less on annual basis and even though if you got promotion through IJP from Agent to other roles, increment will be very less. They won't allow to take leaves for the teams (RTM/TL/Trainer/QA) other than Agents. No Allowence like Night shift for teams other than Agents.

THE MOST TOXIC OFFICE IN AHMEDABAD... MANAGERS AND TEAM LEADS DO MENTAL HARASSMENT/RAGGING TO THOSE WHO DO NOT GO BY THEIR LOBBY OR INTERNAL BAD POLITICS.... DURING THE TRAINING, THEY SHOWCASE THEMSELVES TO BE THE BEST ORGANIZATION. BUT, ON THE INSIDE IT'S JUST THE OPPOSITE. THEY HAVE THIS (HARD TOKEN) CALLED PING ID. WHICH THEY WILL MAKE THEM INSTALL IN THE PHONES OF THE JOINEES ON THE VERY FIRST DAY BY DAYING THAT IT IS USED TO LOGIN WHEN/IF YOU LOOSE THE REAL DEVICE. HOWEVER, UPON INSTALLING THAT THEY ACTUALLY HAVE ACCESS TO THE GALLARY OF THE PHONE, CALLS CAN BE BARGED. HENCE, THEY TEND TO USE IT IN SOME MEANS. THEIR IS THIS MR. TRAINING SUPERVISOR (MR. VISHAL MISTRY) RETIRED FROM THE AIR FORCE, STILL THINKS HIM TO BE IN THE AIR FORCE UNIT"NOT IN AN CORPORATE OFFICE" DESPITE HELPING SOMEONE WHO IS MORE FIT AND ELIGIBLE FOR SUCH CERTAIN PROCESS ASKS TO RESIGN AND LEAVE MENTIONING THAT "YOU ARE AN OUTSIDER. YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING , NOTHING WILL HAPPEN EVEN IF YOU COMPLAIN." HR SYSTEM LOOKS THE SAME. OVERALL, ITS ONE'S CHOICE TO JOIN AN ORGANISATION OR NOT, BUT LEAVING SUCH A TOXIC COMPANY IS THE BEST THAT ONE CAN DO. TTEC AMD MANAGERS NEED BEHAVIORAL TRAINING FIRST, ON HOW TO ACT UPON EMPLOYEES' HARSH TIME SITUATIONS INSTEAD OF TAKING ADVANTAGE. Only work from home, apart from this everything is toxic environment from mentors to manager all are toxics, break is only of 50 minutes, rotational shifts, odd timings, and if somehow you went for the washroom for bio break then they will check your google history and all irritating stuffs will have to give an explanation and to receiving warning letters, please don't choose to work for TTEC India it's a client based company so no work life balance is there!
