To be honest nothing worth appreciating

I had a disappointing experience working at TTEC. The company seems to be plagued by nepotism, particularly within the Gujarati community, which creates an unfair work environment. There is little opportunity for learning or growth, and the salary offered is quite low compared to industry standards. Additionally, I was shocked to learn that they provided an experience letter to an employee who was involved in inappropriate behavior towards female colleagues. This shows a serious lack of accountability. On the other hand, employees who faced issues related to coupon abuse or caste discrimination were not given the same consideration. It feels like casteism is at its peak here. Another major issue is the management style. If you disagree with your manager, Mr. Pratik, they will find a way to push you out, regardless of your past performance. There seems to be a complete absence of ethics; he doesn’t think twice before jeopardizing someone's career. - No job security - If you make a single mistake there will be PIP (1 step close to getting fired from the company) - Salary is less according to job responsibilities - Manager will never get in touch with you no matter how severe your concern is - Team lead is just for conducting pre shift meetings (They don’t have any authority for other stuffs )

Ttec is good company, it has process of Airbnb which one of the best process to work with. Company is providing work from home which helps for work life balance.
