Nothing to like about the company. Don't fall in trap whosoever is reading this review. They will select you and will say that they'll provide 5 days accomodation and 6 months rent of 6k. But pls pls pls don't come. Specially those who are not of Gujarat. Ahmedabad is way too costly. Pls candidates of other states do not come in Ttec. There's no job security. They will fire you in training period only. They only support their favourite candidates and terminate rest candidates....Read More

Dislikes

They do mass hiring. After hiring, they will reimburse your ticket and provide 5 days accommodation in hotel Aurellia, Sarkhej, Ahmedabad. After that, you have to look for your rooms and all. The person will take brokrage charge+ advance of two months+ room rent. Suppose the room rent is 9k, which is the only starting price and not l ess than that, you have to pay 45k in one go. Coming about the company, they will start your assisment and will judge you in the basis of your marks which you scored in internal quiz, mock chats and your involvement in the training room. The trainers provide questions and help their favourite candidates by any means which you also can't predict. And they will do negligible marking for them, specially who are from Gujarat. Then they will issue warnings for those who doesn't pass the quiz or mock chat and will fire you. Imagine, after coming from a different state, giving 45k as a rent and getting terminated after a month.... Pls pls pls don't fall in trap of room rent and hotel and ticket reimbursement.
