If you get into a good team,bdw there is only 2 good team, then from your job satisfaction to your growth is guaranteed. Otherwise it's not worth working here. The management handles seriously matters very causally and continues to play the blame game. The HR team is strong. But the old leadership team is unsupportive and rude with zero ethics.

They are very unprofessional. They called me up for an interview. And till I reached there office on time they continuously calling me for my confirmation like I'm coming or not , where I'm , how far from the office etc. etc . And last call was 15 min before the interview timing . And I was said I'm already there 15 mins more . And they said okay come . I reached there and meet with shristi who called me up for an interview. She said please be seated I will call you and she take my CV and go on her desk . I was waiting. After 15 mins another one lady said please wait for some time and again I was waiting for 30 mins . After that that lady came and take me inside and said "please leave for today . I will call you day after tomorrow, interview will taking on that day ." I was shocked and surprised and again asked "may I leave for today ?" And she said yes yes . Now after this horrible experience I have really question about there management. They even don't said what is the reason behind not taking the interview what is the problem. Nothing . Thay don't think about candidates precious time , transportation cost and about there hope . They are coming from tar away with a hope so please atlast take an interview and said why you guys are not recruite them . That's it .
