I was hired as a hr intern with the terms and conditions saying that my training would continue for 21 days. But on the 3rd day itself I got evaluated and was asked to leave on the pretext that my performance was unsatisfactory. Let me tell you that this was my first experience of starting a career in Hr recruitment and I am a fresher in true sense but they expected me to be like an expert, who knows her way through the process and demanded immediate input and output. The team leaders were very quick to judge and infact lacked the common sense that a fresher will take some bit of time to learn and that is why you were providing the training in the first place, I believe you should not be firing them instantly. On the first day itself they made me to make 100-200 calls without proper training. So basically this so called 21 days training period is a complete farce. They are very unprofessional. They called me up for an interview. And till I reached there office on time they continuously calling me for my confirmation like I'm coming or not , where I'm , how far from the office etc. etc . And last call was 15 min before the interview timing . And I was said I'm already there 15 mins more . And they said okay come . I reached there and meet with shristi who called me up for an interview. She said please be seated I will call you and she take my CV and go on her desk . I was waiting. After 15 mins another one lady said please wait for some time and again I was waiting for 30 mins . After that that lady came and take me inside and said "please leave for today . I will call you day after tomorrow, interview will taking on that day ." I was shocked and surprised and again asked "may I leave for today ?" And she said yes yes . Now after this horrible experience I have really question about there management. They even don't said what is the reason behind not taking the interview what is the problem. Nothing . Thay don't think about candidates precious time , transportation cost and about there hope . They are coming from tar away with a hope so please atlast take an interview and said why you guys are not recruite them . That's it . And a little suggestions or advice from my side Please don't do this kind of unprofessionalism with anyone . This will affect on your company's reputation. Thank you ....Read More
