The flat reporting structure encourages an open and collaborative culture within the company. It facilitates effective communication and teamwork, making it easier for colleagues to work together smoothly.

Not much to say on the downside, really. It's pretty easygoing around here.

They provide extended maternity leave, and work from home for initial new months has been a significant benefit. This extra time allowed me to spend quality moments with my newborn and ensured a smoother transition back to work.

This one is a SAP based with clients and customers spread across the globe. Projects demand the use of latest tech, especially in the world of SAP. Good for expanding your technical expertise. Employee involvement is in depth, and delivering quality service is the top priority. A healthy and professional work enviornment can be seen at all times.

Based on my experience, I can say that there are good learning opportunities here. You can acquire knowledge in both technical and functional areas. It;s a place where you can build a successful career, but only if you;re dedicated and focused on your career goals. Company encourages and supports for SAP CERTIFICATIONS.

We get opportunities to serve clients across leading domains like Software, Pharma, Automobile, oil and Gas and so on. It provides scope to increase varied domain knowledge, and add to the skill-set. Approachable to leadership encourages open culture. Decision making, creative outputs are an integral part. Like it!
