People are very cooperative here. We have a flat reporting structure. The leadership team is easy to reach. Work excellence is appreciated by superiors.

Some formal procedures require improvement, other than this everything is good.

They don't provide Visa as they mention before joining. Every company take 15 to 20% as commission, but this company takes more than 25%. Salary is not paid on time, need to keep sending emails for Salary. None of the HR bothers to respond for any email related to salary or refund. No laptop is provided.

The seniors are approachable, and supportive and given proper time to everyone in the team and guide us. Everyone is open-minded and dedicated to their work. The management also arranges regular events and activities for us to socialize and bond beyond work. Overall, it is a wonderful place to work.

I have got to learn various work strategies from experienced seniors that has enriched my understanding of my role. Having hands-on execution experience is incredibly valuble.Building great rapport with colleagues is another highlight, and the open atmosphere here makes it all the more rewarding.
