"I have several concerns regarding the company policies at TruckX. * Mismanagement: The HR department, primarily staffed by freshers, demonstrates a lack of professionalism and a poor understanding of HR policies. They do not pick up phone calls, are spoon fed by management. Company has around 100 fresher as employees. With 2 perso nnel with 4yrs experience, treated as unwanted, Manager hired do not have guts to keep his neck high and is there only to say yes sir and play politics with poor freshers. * Notice Period: The offer letter lacks clarity on notice periods during probation. The HR CRM states a 15-day notice for probationary employees. * Resignation Approval: My resignation was "exceptionally" approved, despite aligning with the probationary notice policy. This decision, likely made by inexperienced / fresher HR personnel, highlights a lack of consistency and fairness<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. * Salary Deduction: I was denied my 15-day salary despite fulfilling my duties with diligence during notice period</mark>. This arbitrary decision further underscores the incompetence of the HR department. If they have accepted it, not paying salary again is questionable. * Policy Inconsistency: This treatment suggests inconsistent policy application, likely due to a lack of proper HR capabilities. What can be expected from a fresher. * Poor Hygiene: Furthermore, the Pune office exhibits a very poor hygiene quotient. The office starts to smell unpleasant by midnight, and the toilet stench is unbearable. The washrooms are in a deplorable condition, and there is a significant lack of proper cleaning staff. This has significantly impacted my overall experience at TruckX. The culture is terrible, the HR policies are horrible. The HR policies are duplicitous and dishonest, HR is extremely unprofessional and so are all the people working there
