I work as a BDE in TruckX so as compare to other companies they don’t work us to do over time. The VP here is very helpful . All the senior are very helpful and sweet

This company is not a employee centric company. They doesn't give incentives which we have done through our hardwork. First they commit that they will reimburse internet bill. But later they denied. HR is so rude even dont reply on emails. Managements is so cheap they have to fill their pockets with money and their so called old team members which are supervisors or floor support. Even HR or Management dont have guts to have a word with the agent who is going to leave the company. Or they can take any feedback. Overall it is not a good company to work with. It's not a working culture at all. There is no one to whom we can complain about our Vice President. VP is doing partiality at the time of promotion. I won't recommend anyone.
