Full of politics, here top management favorite game is to hire employees , harass them , and then fire them. They will always bully you, make sure you are depressed, always say negative words for you. No growth nothing, worst company to join as a fresher. They expect to be software architect from freshers. They show that their is Monday to Friday from 9 to 6 shift but they make sure that u are working day, night, Saturday, Sunday. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
