There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Good environment working with Trimax with high pressure...Management is good specially our MD SPM and CPM both the brothers have worked hard to bring up the company in IT Services and Data Centre's ..On time training induction programmes etc..Salaries are good.

Dislikes

Management has to take own decession should not depend on reporting manager because employee credit is taken by them and top mgmt will never know who has worked hard ..this has to improve .
