It was my worst decision of my life to join Trigyn. No innovation, no learning opportunities and poor management. They don't care about your career and skills. They will hire someone for .net and will put on html and CSS. They will hire you for automation and will put on manual. The company is run by illiterate people. It's like government offices or worse than that. If you have tallent, then you have no value. If you are like one of those, you will survive. People here comes, poo, eat, sleep, walk and go home and repeat it. Unhygienic washroom and cafeteria. They will hire you for their requirements but if they don't need you anymore, you will be asked to leave next day. If you wanted to leave for better opportunity, you will have to serve 3 months notice. There are people sitting for months without any work. But company don't care. There are high chances that your valuables might get stolen, there are many instances of it, but company is not responsible. My humble request is, don't join this company even if they offer you better salary. You will some day curse yourself about this decision if you join....Read More
