No job securities, you will be deployed immediately to client’s project, once the project ends or gives you roll off your service also gets terminated with Trigent. With me I got roll off after 4 months of work. Basically it is a contract to basis role even though they will say that you are a permanent employee with Trigent. So be careful.

HR response, keep on changing HR, In my 2 Years tour with trigent near about 4 to 5 HR has been changed and they don't have any community meet with there employees who are sitting on the client site.

Job security is not there. They promise to take care of ur concerns but never pay attention. Even they do not entertain your noticeperiod. For the name sake they hv notice period. They can terminate you if there is no such deployment available from any of the contractors. Hr is really rude and do not resond you back if you are on contract to hire position.
