I think team in which we work is more important. Because we spend at least 8 hrs with them. If they are supportive and helpful then your work place become your home. I join this company during Pandemic where we can only connect with people virtually. But I never feel like I am new and I don't know anyone here. My Managers and teammates are really very polite and helpful. Even our Onshore Managers are also calm and supportive....Read More

Working culture is good. People are friendly and cooperative.

Two things 1)Leaves should be more as compared to other companies, there should be 24 leaves for below 3 years of experience also. 2)Health insurance policy should cover dependents and Spouse. Overall it is a good company only two things which can be improved.
