I think team in which we work is more important. Because we spend at least 8 hrs with them. If they are supportive and helpful then your work place become your home. I join this company during Pandemic where we can only connect with people virtually. But I never feel like I am new and I don't know anyone here. Two things 1)Leaves should be more as compared to other companies, there should be 24 leaves for below 3 years of experience also. 2)Health insurance policy should cover dependents and Spouse. Overall it is a good company only two things which can be improved.
