I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nothing as such. Learning opportunities there but we don't get the hands on.

Dislikes

A developer's life will be good only if he/she gets into a good project and is under an excellent manager. Too much Toxic environment.A lot of politics. very less projects and more people on the bench. you never know when and where they will throw you if you are on the bench irrespective of your skill set. Too much micro management.
