It's the most stressful and depressing company to work with. For the sake of mental health, one should avoid joining this company. The managers and HODs are the meanest. The process functions as biasedness and favoritism. After putting in all the hard work and working extra hours you don't get paid OT. Their way of motivating the employees is a slice of pizza.

Traya is surviving in the industry with the help of fake consumer reviews. Their three-fold treatment of hair loss is absolute crap. One can buy minoxidil from the market and regrow his/their hair. But in the name of a threefold treatment traya will make you buy multiple tablets and hair oil which doesn't even work. All the people shown in the traya advertisements are the traya's employees. The worst part of working in the process is anyone can get fired as and when they like and you will not be informed about it prior. Your incentives will also get hold. The 5-star rating of the process on the job sites is also fake. Traya has bought all the fake good reviews on all the sites. One should not fall for the company just on the basis of good reviews. The list just never ends when it comes to disliking things when working at Traya. > Extremely brainless and dumb top management with pathetic leaders right at the top. The ironic bluff of the organisation is that they hire 18-19 year old kids for a lucrative salary of 12-13k and give them a designation of hair coaches. These kids have next to zero knowledge of the products they offer, their usages & allergies they bring along. Poor customer feels they are speaking to a medically trained & certified hair coach but the sad truth is every coach they speak to is telecaller or someone with a BPO background. > The way they promote culture building clearly justifies the saying "The darker one is on the inside, the more fair one wants to appear on the outside." > People get exited under ZTP and get rehired just because they've written emails to the Co-founders of the company begging to be rehired and the co-founders who don't have a spine to face criticism gladly welcome them back. > Zahra Lokhandwala, who happens to be the first employee of the organisation or ironically heads the CX & Quality has to be biggest liability for the company. Has to be the core and root of having dirty politics and having people who collect their zepto/zomato orders to become their pets & get promoted within snap of fingers. > The top most people in the company are barely approachable and are having 100% rights to criticize and interrogate when the numbers are poor & zero responsibilities to appreciate when achieved. > The founders fake the story of Altaf trying multiple treatments just to give a storyline to the reason behind the start of this company is utter nonsense & bogus. Even a 60 year old uncle will have lesser grey to white hair as compared to Altaf who is in his early to mid thirties. > People working here consider office nothing less than as a garden or the beaches of Goa where they can come and go at their own will in shorts/track pants/sandos/swimming costume. Sadly there's literally nothing to say about what one likes about working at Traya. The amount of bugging they do to the customers who opt for their products is extremely annoying. None of the customers like to be traumatised to this extend just to ensure they carry on using their regime even if their hair is regrown marketing as ifthey stop the regime and routine they will end up being bald again....Read More
