The list just never ends when it comes to disliking things when working at Traya. > Extremely brainless and dumb top management with pathetic leaders right at the top. The ironic bluff of the organisation is that they hire 18-19 year old kids for a lucrative salary of 12-13k and give th em a designation of hair coaches. These kids have next to zero knowledge of the products they offer, their usages & allergies they bring along. Poor customer feels they are speaking to a medically trained & certified hair coach but the sad truth is every coach they speak to is telecaller or someone with a BPO background. > The way they promote culture building clearly justifies the saying "The darker one is on the inside, the more fair one wants to appear on the outside." > People get exited under ZTP and get rehired just because they've written emails to the Co-founders of the company begging to be rehired and the co-founders who don't have a spine to face criticism gladly welcome them back. > Zahra Lokhandwala, who happens to be the first employee of the organisation or ironically heads the CX & Quality has to be biggest liability for the company. Has to be the core and root of having dirty politics and having people who collect their zepto/zomato orders to become their pets & get promoted within snap of fingers. > The top most people in the company are barely approachable and are having 100% rights to criticize and interrogate when the numbers are poor & zero responsibilities to appreciate when achieved. > The founders fake the story of Altaf trying multiple treatments just to give a storyline to the reason behind the start of this company is utter nonsense & bogus. Even a 60 year old uncle will have lesser grey to white hair as compared to Altaf who is in his early to mid thirties. > People working here consider office nothing less than as a garden or the beaches of Goa where they can come and go at their own will in shorts/track pants/sandos/swimming costume. Sadly there's literally nothing to say about what one likes about working at Traya. The amount of bugging they do to the customers who opt for their products is extremely annoying. None of the customers like to be traumatised to this extend just to ensure they carry on using their regime even if their hair is regrown marketing as if they stop the regime and routine they will end up being bald again....Read More

One sentence: upper management doesn't care about you. HR and seniors are mad at you for even slightly have a different perspective - they'll harrass you in multiple ways, even if you've helped them for quite a lot of times one wrongdoing and they're all against you.

The job itself is good, but SMEs, TLs, and seniors constantly interfere with your work and personal life, putting unnecessary pressure on you. This leads to mental exhaustion. The HR talks very rudely. When I was sick and in the hospital, the TL and HR kept calling me despite my emails, sick leave application, and submitted medical documents. They harassed me, not had zero concern about my health, and therefore I was forced to resign due to the ongoing torture. I had to leave this toxic work culture. There is nothing positive to say about this company. The work environment is terrible, and they treat employees poorly. Although the training period was okay, after certification, they assign you to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who are awful. These SMEs mock and insult you daily, regardless of how well you handle calls. They present themselves as perfect, even if you are doing good. The Team Leader (TL) assigned would forcefully push us to achieve targets. During the On-the-Job Training (OJT) period, newbies are expected to focus on quality, but the TL insisted on taking 30 calls instead of the required 10. Daily working hours extended to 10-11 hours, with no appreciation for good performance and constant insults for any mistakes. When I fell sick and requested leave, the TL demanded a medical document, threatening to mark it as Loss of Pay (LOP). Despite the promise of one sick leave per month during employment, they forced continuous work, even when sick. The management is extremely poor, mentally tormenting employees with heavy workloads and low salaries, often cutting pay with unwarranted LOPs....Read More

HR, MANAGEMENT are worst. There are Hidden Targets, which are not told at the time of joining. Also there is biasness in the office staff as well, so much of buttering and pleasing goes on in the management.
