It's the most stressful and depressing company to work with. For the sake of mental health, one should avoid joining this company. The managers and HODs are the meanest. The process functions as biasedness and favoritism. After putting in all the hard work and working extra hours you don't get paid OT. Their way of motivating the employees is a slice of pizza.

Traya is surviving in the industry with the help of fake consumer reviews. Their three-fold treatment of hair loss is absolute crap. One can buy minoxidil from the market and regrow his/their hair. But in the name of a threefold treatment traya will make you buy multiple tablets and hair oil which doesn't even work. All the people shown in the traya advertisements are the traya's employees. The worst part of working in the process is anyone can get fired as and when they like and you will not be informed about it prior. Your incentives will also get hold. The 5-star rating of the process on the job sites is also fake. Traya has bought all the fake good reviews on all the sites. One should not fall for the company just on the basis of good reviews. (This is the first time I am giving a review to a company)It is the worst and most pathetic company to work with, they will tell you in the training that it is very easy no one will force you to work if you complete your target we don't follow BPO culture here, but it is worse than BPO. Even if you complete your target they will tell you to do more and even if you do more they will ask you to do more, their more never stops if one cannot complete their target, the whole team suffers and if you are overachieving your targets they will increase the running target in between they don't let their employee have mental peace even after working so hard for the targets. Every week there is a new update with useless markdowns given by quality so that you don't match all of the Parameters provided. Every week you have to complete a PKT 4 PKT in a month and that too on the same day within 30 mins else you will be given a warning. Leave policies are very bad for CL you have to apply 15 days Prior like if we have planned the CL one cannot take CL on urgent basis, for SL you need to have valid documents from doc or else it will not be approved you can only have one SL per month anything above one SL is LOP in a month. Also if you don't show them the documents, if someone is suffering from fever only they have to work because for fever if you take PCM medicine you don't have medical document slips for PCM and if you take a leave it is salary deducted after 1 LOP(loss of Pay) HR will give you a warning mail and if you take another LOP within 60 days you"ll go under PiP, and after another LOP it is ZT, you cannot apply for floater they will never approve they will give you plenty of useless reasons and they will not approve it, you can only apply for floater once in 90 days if you take floaters after 30 days they will say it is not approved you have already taken a floater 30 days before(Strict timings 9:45 to 7:30 with only 45 mins break but it is very rare that they will let you leave at the time, they will ask you to work till 8:30 sometimes 9 PM) if you want mental peace and work-life balance never work here. Also getting WO on Saturday and Sunday is impossible you have to write an email that why you want WO on Sat or Sun, there are no week off preferences you have to take the week off that is given to you according to Roaster and if you have any work on the order day forget it that you can do it, you have to take LOP for that, Also they are fooling their customers by the treatment nothing good in their products the only thing that works is minoxidil that too they buy it from other Pharmaceutical company and paste their Stickers on it. And when they want to fire you they will make the process hard for you and will make you so stressed that even after achieving your targets, you would leave the company.........The HR Policies and company policies change from time to time, even after telling you the truth you still want to join so please make sure that you take everything written on the Offer Letter in the beginning, or else they will say this will not happen you need to have written valid proof....Read More

No job security they can fire you anytime if I shared my experience i work with this company for 2 months and I got very bad experience firstly this is totally a sales company they will pressure you for the target in OJT as well first they will say that if ur not meeting your target atleast u should show the productivity which meansu need to attempt 130/180 calls I gave my best I try to attend daily more than 100/130 calls but when it comes to result suddenly they change there wordings stating that you have not meet your target so u can't continue and they fire me is this the way company works worst company with worst experience pathetic guys think twice before going they can fire you on going training period also if u not clear your pkt test...Read More

The quality team who approves people for job during certification is terrible, they fail you after 30 days of intense training and mock calls and writes wrong feedback after certification call, the system over there is not capable of hiring good people they want their hair coaches to show fake empathy and appreciation .
