This is the worst company. Go work anywhere but never here. They will never pay you on time and sometimes two months delay in salaries. And when you ask for salary they will just fire you. No skill development. They just ask you to work on 10 year old things and after working here you will not be able to switch or work anywhere. You can just connect with ex employees on LinkedIn and ask for the reason why they have left. Most of them left just because company was asking them to work for free....Read More

They demands you to sit 8 hours for work and continuously do the tasks without taking breaks. If you take breaks the most senior person stares at you. Believe me it is a jail. If you're a fresher or one or two years of experienced candidate then they have the powers to destroy your career. There is nothing to like about this company. They have not provided our salaries and just ran away and changed the office location. They even don't reply to mail.

If you are new in Development with less experience, you will get a very nice exposure and also will get chance to deal with client directly.

Dislikes

There is nothing like work life balance, in week days you will be fully occupied with average 12-13 hours work. You may need to work in more than one project and always need to train some fresher. They always try to replace an experienced person with a fresher which will not work in long run.
