TransUnion is a company with great work culture and they value the employees very much. Great company policies and employee benefits. Company does motivate employees to learn new technologies for personal growth. Salary hike and bonus are based on employee performance. Free snacks. Cafeteria in Chennai office is small and not much options for food. Work timings are very flexible and they also have work from home policy but depends on manager on how lineant they are with wfh policy. Ample of public and personal leaves and very easy to take leaves without any conflicts with manager. Also leaves can be encashed....Read More

For me personally career growth was slow. After working there for 2 years i didn't see myself getting any challenging work and seeing any professional growth. Salary structure is little misleading. Major part of the salary is comprised of medical insurance component, gratuity and variable. Hence monthly in-hand is less compared to CTC.
