Honestly, Nothing ..! The sense of getting fired from your jobs haunts employees to the core. Even the senior positions are fired regularly.

- No job Security - Appraisals are 5%-10% max , mostly people never make upto 1 year because of the above point - You come late , Boom , half salary gone - Tech Teams are kept isolated in the Pod for apparent no reasons - They try to retain the employees promising things and later fire them before finding their alternative for a much lower salary - NREGA SCHEME

The management has changed alot in a good way. They noticed the bad seniors and kicked them out. They have made environment positive now after kicking them out.

None i did not find any to be honest. One thing was 2 years + seniors but they are now kicked out. So all good

The learning curve is excellent and great atmosphere . The management has recebtly taken steps to make the atmosphere even Great. The location is prime and Good Leaderships. The salary is high and incentives are always paid in time

Though some people play bad politics causes other people to leave. These people have stayed in company for more than 2 years. When ever they fee they face competition they brainwash them and causes other one to resign. I request menagement to remove them.

The salary is extremely high as compared to other company. Anyone can get easily 10LPA + being fresher. Low work pressure

Learning new tools, Good interaction with other team members such as tech positive atmosphere. but there are few bad comments here but during my tenure I haven't encounter with such issue. But best part is for the sales team they get really huge incentive almost double then the salary.
