My work was to train new joiners in the company and conducting refresher training for existing staff. It was easy for working there n I was very happy

Pathetic compzny

Authority not delegated with responsibility It is a 40 seater bpo controlled by 3 directors who are biased and uneducated These directors are whole and sole authority. They play with the careers of people. There is no hirearchy. It is really pathetic. Educated people should not think to join them.
