1. the reporting manager doesn't even know what work goes on at the execution level except forming a new sheet everyday which gets lost, manager ko uselessness saabit k alawa kuch nahi aata, hawa mein baat karna, bina facts k jaane kuch bhi bolta h, thinks others are fool except him, doesn't even respect any one especially women 2. no scope of work defined 3. any day you can come up with any expertise to work on without any background knowledge 4. breaking trust in employees and clients through mediocre designated consultants with zero prior experience 5. providing so-called best HR practices without having their own HR-designated personnel. 6. 4 HRs resigned on my term 7. khud ka process pata nahi, dusron ka thik karna without knowing ki thik kya karna h.
