It's good n professional working culture company. It's open to innovation n ready to adopt latest technology n I was a part of that team. One must be sure how n when HR management change their mindset. Overall it's good local Arabic company.

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Package is good but too much stress for self job security.... Its fully depend on Managers appreciation n mood.
