I like nothing about trademarkia except that it gives me flexible working hours it is never the alloted time it always exceeds the 8 and half working hours there are days when one needs to work 15 16 hours a day and that too without any appreciation and compensation.

Dislikes

It is very toxic place to work at. There is no professionalism. They follow divide & rule policy they do not like when the team tries to unite. If you take a stand for yourself they will start directly or indirectly targeting you and will pull you down from your position. Appraisals and promotion do not depend on skills and hard work rather than on connections with the boss.
