I was working at Tractebel 5 years ago. It is a project management and engineering company more in the field of cross country pipeline and city gas networks. It was good to work then, but it seems the company is no longer associated with GDF-SUEZ.

Dislikes

The quality of engineers they hire now has considerably lowered the stature of the company. Maybe its a part of their strategy to survive in the market. There was a time the company was enjoying considerable respect from its client because of its quality of service.

Work Details

I started as a site engineer in its projects and then became an assistant manager construction and deputy manager in the projects team.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
