Company provides secure job, work culture is moderate, management is supportive to minimum extention

Dislikes

Very less wedge are provided, No proper increment, No career growth opportunity for the employees, proper papers and documentation are not given to employees, no sick leave, no yearly leave period provided. Wedges are calculated as per days of attendance. Even after being present in office the management decides to wipe out salariesof few days of almost every month that too without informing the employee....Read More

Work life used to be stress free but if the employee is career oriented and ambitious then Traco Enterprise is not a right place for them.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
