Likes

Mr. Gupta is good and having in depth knowledge of their work. He is a bheeshma pitamah of trade measures. Since he started there was only him who handled almost all the trade investigation. But now he has given many other firms a chance to look at the opportunities arising out of this.

Dislikes

They should be more prone towards providing financial aid to the staff working with them. Timely bonus, salary, and other benefits should be provided without asking to top management. The way expectations are from the staff for completion of work on time. The management also needs to fulfil expectations in a timely manner. In short in TPM you wil work more and pay less, but you will be treated like a family....Read More
