All other departments have good working culture only service desk department is the black spot for this company labor law should be apply for there also this department mental hrasment by seniors. If you secrify your family then please go ahead and join service desk.

Everthing is good in this company only service desk culture is very bad there is no leaves for the employees if they have any ilness they dont provide sick leaves. There is only bounded labour work. Mental harassment by the managers. If you can able to survive this kind of culture please go ahead and join. Job security is there if you join this company only 1 year you can stand in this compny because all the Employees will leave this compny due to the manager behaviour he dont have good knowledge of management. How to manage Employee happy he have zero knowledge. Only he want all the person from service desk will give respect him for all the time and dont ask any Questions regarding there own problems.
