TIG gives good salary and gift on festivals like Deepawali. TIG also, gives gift vouchers on Birthday

Dislikes

Zero work life balance, rude management, no sync between internal teams. Less management support, no learnings, no internal trainings being conducted. So, overall I did not find anything positive while working with TIG. You can only go to TIG to get your salary hiked but for that you will have to pay a very big price of, you need need scarify your mental peace.
