I think based on experiences and previous comments of the employees ambition box should omit this comment section as it is clearly understood that company like TIMS doesn't deserve any likes.

forget about the US based projects, the company is not even capable to retain the employees on their monthly salaries in march month they are firing 15-20 employees at one shot without giving any proper justification, this shows the real face and capability of the organisation. the real reason is the low budget and company is not capable to gain control of the projects so its a waste of time and energy of the employees those who join this company only for salary hike learning ,growth, skillset is a big zero...Read More

wonder why such company even exists which has no brand value, no reputation in market and no stability there are no projects and they are removing many employees as they cant afford the budget simply waste of time for the employees who join here its better to not to be employed than being employed with this company culture and ethics is bogus as they dont even follow any policy you will not get respect or allowance for overtime and will be treated as animals literally the managers sitting at management level are illiterates and talk illogical things related to project work that makes no sense work experience in TIMS will degrade your value in your resume those who want to join can join at their own risk...Read More
