Tbh I wrote my honest review here. Be aware if you want to join torrent power limited!! There is nothing good about company, poor management, specially HR department, you won't get proper response, poor transport facilities, driver will shout on you if you ask vehicle for Company work, there is discrimination between office employees and plant employees, plant employees always have to suffer on small things, even though they can't provide proper tea, Technical hire employee always force to stay overtime in company to complete their work, there is no scope of work define for department therefore you have to do silly work like, sticker (banner) applying, housekeeping etc etc.. that's too as a being engineer, technical ED is psyco, he throws his pen, book, mobile in morning meeting, just give you more pressure and pressure, and manager will transfer their work to you, and they just doing timepass with their colleagues, Poor colony rules, if you decide to stay in company colony, you'll feel like living in jail, 100% company politics everywhere,...Read More
