Salary of new joiner in 2024 is nearly same as Jan 2021 batch. No value of experience and loyalty of employees. Management is not ready for salary fitment. We try but failed. Finally I resigned.

There isn't any growth opportunities although being skillful and had caliber to achieve anything in right direction. Moral declining as less experience person getting opportunity to grow as the time progressing. Although worked for almost 14-15 years didn't seem to grow further and mentally frustrated as if I have ruined my career.

Tbh I wrote my honest review here. Be aware if you want to join torrent power limited!! There is nothing good about company, poor management, specially HR department, you won't get proper response, poor transport facilities, driver will shout on you if you ask vehicle for Company work, there is discrimination between office employees and plant employees, plant employees always have to suffer on small things, even though they can't provide proper tea, Technical hire employee always force to stay overtime in company to complete their work, there is no scope of work define for department therefore you have to do silly work like, sticker (banner) applying, housekeeping etc etc.. that's too as a being engineer, technical ED is psyco, he throws his pen, book, mobile in morning meeting, just give you more pressure and pressure, and manager will transfer their work to you, and they just doing timepass with their colleagues, Poor colony rules, if you decide to stay in company colony, you'll feel like living in jail, 100% company politics everywhere,...Read More

Nothing, I don't have any word to write ✍️. Another my concern is when I joined the company, the terms and conditions in my offer letter did not include a 90-day notice period. However, this policy was introduced later, and I was compelled to sign the agreement during the appraisal process. I believe it is in the company's best interest to allow employees to leave within a reasonable time when they find a better opportunity. Management is very poor especially HR dept. It seems there is room for improvement, especially in promotion criteria, ranking hierarchy, and monetary benefits, as financial stability is fundamental to one’s well-being. The company’s predominant Gujarati culture often leads to employees from other states feeling viewed with a sense of unfamiliarity, which creates an unwelcoming environment. Furthermore, the HR department appears to operate with a rather conservative mindset. For instance, Mr. Salil Menon, from AMGEN Sabarmati Power House, tends to project an air of superiority, often regarding those he interacts with as naive. Despite being on an employment extension himself for the past four years, he provides harsh feedback to management and, during appraisals, has a tendency to publicly disparage others in front of the panel. Not good job for B Com Graduate because this company provides very less salary as compared to the ITI worker. I have worked 11 years in this company but resigned after waiting for salary hike. After 11 years whatever salary was I was getting , more salary is receiving by 7/8 years ITI technician

Old Lala company culture. Too many old and life-extended ( mean service ) manpower with redundant ideas. EVen the company's VP was once convicted for corruption and was on the run for cover from arrest.
