The SOP are given by corporate office But they are not followed by the management Bcz one incident are done by the Baddi management I am on leave in absence of me my planner done my duplicate signature of the working allotment book The duplicate signature is the part of data integration . I told to my manager they donot take any strickt action on Mr Parmeshwar Raj Bhawar I told to the HR team Baddi they donot take serious action on this intigrity and then i resigned from my post They donot take it seriously . Then all the Baddi management torcher me. Then they donot take any action on it then i complaint to the head office Ahemdabad . If the done the Sop for the protocol so why the donot take action on it .This is the worst thing ever . The Baddi Hr team is the worst team ever . I have no work for 1 year where i give the interview and they donot give me a offer letter then i saw the torrent management done this and then they saw u r in holding list . Very less incentive structure vs heavy per man productivity/ROI is expected. Underpaid employees vis a vis efforts expected. Organisation don't believe in sharing profits/bonus with employees Inspite of good growth / profits Qtr on Qtr. Management keeps employees so busy that he gets minimal time for social life and family.
