Shifts I like as sometimes u can chg ur shift with ur colleagues with mutual understanding... Thtz it.

Dislikes

They give increments to the employees according to their likings.. Ppl who do buttering n polishing to manager they are probably having high chances of getting good increment... Those who r not such kind.. They are not gonna get increment or less amount increment... Which cannot b called as increment... So bad experience.
