Company policy is Best. Torrent is big Brand in Pharma Sector. I like the company very best. Perks is very good. Insurance covers your family, free transportation etc.

Dislikes

No personal & future career growth. Number of employees are high, but no one is decision maker ("Iski Topi Uske Sir"). Middle Management haven't any technical knowledge about their work. If you are fresher then your career will be spoiled. Legpulling & demotivate culture are danger for the company as well as new joiners. Training area is very weak. It needs to be improved by technical trainers.
