Now a days they are also acquiring the out side culture. What I want to say is Sri UN Mehata sir has set some values and ethics and the same legacy is continued by Sri Sudhir Mehta and his brothr. In 3rd generation I am not finding any moral values and ethics.

I worked in torrent for 5 years in Guwahati. But the new ASM is one of the unprofessional people I ever seen use slang for doctors and rsm and none of the people has given good reviews about him all people from torrent don't like him as a manager he only wants to do adjustment in end of the month. I never want to leave torrent pharma for him I have left.. I worked in neuron div Guwahati HQ.. ASM Mr Saha one of terrible ASM I have ever seen always blaming for his mistake never works and use slang for others. Unprofessional ASM . He never know his own area doctors call timing and appointment when he worked as MR.. A recently joined MR that guy left within 3 months bcuz of the ASM torture. I hope torrent pharma take a strong action against him the ASM is destroying the company reputation....Read More

Management keeps employees so busy that he gets minimal time for social life and family.
