My overall rating is the exact description about Company. These days it is very hard to get stability in private sector. The reason is that there is no system and if there is no system there are no directions and no future. Even multinational companies are affected with this bad environment created by Indian companies. Thanks.

There are no steatergies, companies create such an environment where it's like they train Medical Representative as an agent to sell their product if they sell it then it's ok other wise get fired.
