Dislikes

Diminished career growth (biased approach - not in sync with once competencies ), lack of connect between top management and junior/entry level(the hazy picture shown by the middle management is accepted without cross checking with junior levels) which eats away the good practices done by the organization. Limited technical competencies of mid/senior management which mask the efforts of asst. Manager/manager levels. Lack of opportunity for managers/asst.managers to approch top management and voice their concern(if someone does out of the way, his career is at stake).
