In this company working culture is worst, lake of team work, only profit motive company. In this company has lake of professional attitude, managment talking language is not professional, no motivation, lake of team work. In case of death of employee at the time his woking there is no humanity attitude in management, No compensationpolicy in this company. There is no on job training for freshers. Managment is incapable to guide the collegues.Leave availed by company to employees but management is not approve your leave in timely manner to plan your holidays. My work in this company are various like daily reporting of daily costing of company's product. Finalization of accounts,MIS report preparing, Accounting and other miscellaneous work given by top management.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
