Iworked in hr dept. Very bad increment policy. Increment supposed to be done in April every year. But given in October only 50%. Balance 50% given in December. Hr dept is just for namesake. Management doesn't listen to Hr dept suggestions.

Another worst dept is accounts and Finance dept. many are old employees in this dept with zero knowledge. But behaves like that they are boss.

horrible. if you join this co. you spoils your carrier. no growth, 9 hours working time. only two saturday off. basic only 6500.00 inr. selfish management. illegal work done there.
